Ferrari 126 C3 German GP 1983 - R. Arnoux
Starting from the original model (Tameo base) several self-built
details were added to mechanics:
Engine was completely reviewed with the addiction of candles and cables, injection piping and all
details present in the actual scale. Customizations on both engine and gearbox consist of about ten separated new components
obtained by turning, just like all the pipes connecting this section to the side radiators. All side junction boxes were
also recreated. Rollbar was realized in several connected nickel segments as visible in the real car. Further improvements
were added in the cockpit : the self recreated dashboard with relative turned instrumentation.
New seatbelts and medical air hose added. Tyres were provided with the original air valves. Every suspension
is arranged with micro-wires for hydraulic braking system. Finally, the scale model was completed with all
micro-rivets of the original car.
